I decided that maybe I should redo my website. I first created this website in 2016, and it has been very much needing an update. It was fun looking over all of my artwork and seeing how much I have grown since then! Part of me didn’t want to post all of my old art, because it is actually kind of embarrassing. It is even more embarrassing when I think about how I thought I had made some incredible art back then! lol But in reality, I did make what was incredible art for me considering where my skill levels were. Luckily, my skill levels have improved and so has my artwork. Hopefully I will continue to get better and better and will one day be embarrassed about the art that I currently think is wonderful. It is always good to grow!
Since 2016, I have written exactly three blog posts. I had all of these plans for writing a blog post every week…. that didn’t happen. And really, those three sad blog posts don’t really speak to anything I think is worth keeping, so I am starting from scratch. But I am not committing to any set number or promising I will be consistent. I am an extremely neurodivergent human and my brain just doesn’t work like that. But I will try to occasionally write about important things happening in my life… or maybe I will use this space to explain some of the pieces I have made. There are some great stories about the yokai and cryptids that I would absolutely love to share.
