I’m selling artist journals over on Amazon! I mainly set up an account because I wanted to create a planner where I could have place to capture all of the things I wanted in a planner - a place to write my monthly goals and break them down, a place for me to track good habits, a place for me to capture my amazing ideas, and somewhere that I can start a practice of gratitude.
And since the whole thing was so easy, I thought why not also create some fun writing journals! I am constantly asking my clients to keep journals. Places to write down ideas, goals, dreams, worries…. places to write letters that you may or may not send… Write a Haiku about why you dislike your boss…. Write a short story where you are the hero… Make a list of the albums you would take to that deserted island… Writing engages our brain, helps us with focus, and can also help us to make conscious some of those thoughts that we might not have access to in our every day life. Plus writing is just fun.
